ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Age Limit:

  • For Engineer and Officer– 45 years
  • For Manager – 35 years

Candidate’s age limit should be below 45 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government rules

Educational Qualification:

Junior Engineer – Mechanical

  • Diploma

Candidates should complete their Diploma in the field of Production/ Mechanical/ Production and Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical and Automobile with minimum 55% of marks from a recognized Institute.

The applicants should have minimum 8 years of experience in line in supervisory from a Government/ Private sector organization.

Junior Engineer – Electrical

  • Diploma

Candidates should complete their Diploma in the field of Electrical and Electronics/ Electrical with minimum 55% of marks.

The applicants should have minimum 8 years of working experience in a reputed organization.

Junior Engineer – Chemical

  • Diploma

Candidates should complete their Diploma in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55 % of marks.

The applicants should have minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field.

Senior Engineer – Boiler Operator

  • BE

Candidates should complete their Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical with minimum 55% of marks from a recognized Institute.

The applicants should have minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field.

Senior Manager – HR

  • BE or
  • MBA/MSW

Candidates should complete their B.E in any field / MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personal Management/HR with minimum 60 % of marks.

Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant filed.

Senior Manager – F and A

  • B.Com /B.A/B.Sc./B.E/B. Tech
  • CA/ICWA
  • MBA

Candidates should complete their UG degree in above discipline from a recognized Institute with MBA in the field of Finance with minimum 60% of marks.

Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant filed.

Senior Manager – F and S

  • BE

Candidates should complete their B.E in Fire/ Fire and Safety with minimum 60% of marks.

Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant field.

Deputy Manager – HR, F and A, F and S

  • BE with MBA – For HR
  • BA/B. Sc. / B.Com. – For F and A
  • BE – For F and S

Candidates should complete their degree in above discipline with minimum 55% of marks with minimum 4 years of experience.

Senior Officer – HR, F and A, F and S, Law

  • BE with MBA – For HR
  • BA/B.Sc./ B.Com – For A and A
  • BE – For F and S
  • UG in any field with LLB Degree – Law

Candidates should complete their degree in above field with minimum 60% of marks with minimum 1 year of experience.

  • Senior Engineer – Rs.24900
  • Senior Manager – Rs.36600
  • Deputy Manager- Rs.29100
  • Senior Officer – Rs.24900
