Age Limit:

  • 18 – 28 years

Candidate’s age limit should be above 18 to below 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government rules.

Educational Qualification:

  • Matriculation

Candidates must complete their Matriculation from a recognized Board. Also the candidates have a valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle.

Selection Process:

  • Written Test
  • Driving Test
  • Interview

The selection will be based on above process.

Pay Scale:

  • Rs.15830 – 22150

Candidates must pay the application fee of Rs.150. Applicants under the category of SC/ST and Ex-serviceman are exempted from application fee.

The SAIL is operates and owns in 5 integrated steel plants they are Durgapur, Bhilai, Rourkela, Burnpur and Bokaro. Also there are three special steel plants at Salem, Durgapur and Bhadravathi.
