Educational Qualification:

Semi – Skilled and Skilled – WTP and ETP Operator

  • UG – B.Sc. or
  • Diploma

Candidates must complete their UG Degree in the field of B.Sc. Chemistry as one subjects with pass in first class or

Applicants must complete their Diploma in the field of Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology from a recognized Institute with pass in First Class.

Candidates having experience in the field of Industrial Water Treatment/ Waste Water Treatment/ UF/ RO plants, Multi Grade or relevant experience from a reputed organization.


  • For Semi- Skilled – 5-10 years
  • For Skilled – 15 years

Semi – Skilled – Machinist Grinder

  • SSLC with NTC certificate

Candidates must complete their SSLC with NTC certificate in Machinist (Grinder) with minimum 60% of marks from a recognized Institute.

Applicants should have experience in the field of cycling components, tools, circular knives, chopping Knives etc. in any manufacturing Industry.


  • For Semi – Skilled 5 – 10 years
  • For Skilled – 20 years

Semi – Skilled – Motor Mechanic                           

  • SSLC with NTC Certificate

Candidates should complete their SSLC with certified in NTC as Motor Vehicle with not less than 60% of marks from a reputed Institute.

Selection Process:

  • Interview

Candidates can be selected on the basis of Performance in Interview.

Pay Scale:

  • Skilled – Rs.36100
  • Semi-Skilled – Rs.33,900

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited

The TNPL was founded in the year of 1979 and established by Government of Tamil Nadu. To produce newsprint and writing paper using sugarcane residue. It was one of the world’s environmentally compliant paper mills in the world. The factory is situated in Karur District of Tamil Nadu.  Yearly 90,000 tonnes of paper where produced. The machine was supplied jointly by Voith Sulzer paper Technology.The machine is designed to run with 100% of bagasse. Now the company has to increasing the capacity to 4, 00,000 tonnes per annum. The continuous supply bagasse waste are brought by nearby sugar mills such as Sakthi Sugar Mills.
